Kingshill Barn is the heart of the farm. A huge vaulted space with its
original features intact. It provides a beautiful rustic space on a grand scale.
The gable end window looks out onto stunning views of grazing meadows,
waterways and huge skies. It is a space with wow factor that still manages to
feel intimate for smaller events.

The large kitchen and dining spaces can be hired can be
hired independently for half-day and day meetings.
• It is an impressive setting for meetings and events. Seating
up to 18, the space looks over the Reserve.
• Or, you can chose to hire the whole house exclusively and
enjoy the peace and comfort of the house as your private
office in nature. There are three additional reception rooms,
perfect for breakout sessions and smaller meetings, along with
6 beautiful bedrooms spread over the first and second floors.
• Use of the house includes the private gardens which flow
from the kitchen
A scandi cool coastal space – with huge windows on three sides of its
open plan downstairs, it is a particularly inspiring and relaxing setting,
refreshingly different to a traditional meeting room.

The studio is housed in a separate building, along with our treatment room,
so with its huge windows overlooking the Reserve, offers the perfect tranquil

The Barn is adjoined by a pretty walled grass courtyard.
Along one wall is the Linhay, a traditional open barn. With
rustic wooden beams, and original stone walling it is a lovely
setting for outdoor dining.

The bell tent village has beautiful canvas bell tents
delightfully decked with festoon lighting. They offer the
ultimate retreat in nature, just a hop and a skip away from
the main farm. The tents have proper double beds, coir
matting, comfy bedding and furnishings, but the real treat
are the sunrises they face.
These 4 light and comfortable bedrooms sharing two
bathrooms are only available for events. They can also be
taken by the event facilitators for a private space.
