Wellbeing experiences in Kent

Looking to book your wellbeing experience for team building away days and meetings in Kent? From forest bathing and sensational spa days to yoga retreats - browse our listings and relax.

Deadline approaching. Presentations to practice. A new role to fill. A new skill to learn. Clients to impress and a team to inspire – there’s always something to do and only so much time to do it.

For any company, getting business done is often more than a 9-5 will allow but there are businesses and experiences across Kent whose one role in life is to give you – and your staff - the perspective, that one step back to make the three steps forward.

Kent, The Garden of England, is home to a range of experience providers whose focus is on improving the wellbeing of your business, clearing heads, and gaining perspective.

From the chalk ridges of the North Downs to the splendour of the Weald and some of the most beautiful coastline to be found anywhere, the beauty of Kent can be taken for granted, but it’s here to be discovered, right on your doorstep.

Many of the wellbeing experiences listed here use this natural setting as the canvas for a whole range of activities to support any new strategy you’re building, a new team you’re onboarding or rewarding for a job well done.

Businesses like Tansy in the Wild, which since 2017 has been supporting corporate clients with away days and team building, coaching and workshops – including the simplest of premises – a walk in the woods, re-connecting with nature, seeing the world anew.

Bright Moon Tai Chi is another experience provider that uses Kent’s wonderful landscape to full effect with the crunch of shingle and the gentle lapping of waves coming ashore adding something magical to their beachfront sessions in Deal.

For something a little more energetic, take a leap out of the office chair and book your team on to Canterbury Running Tours. Your booking includes a guided 5km run followed by beer and spirit tastings at the Foundry Brew Pub.

For something a little more leisurely. Col’s Bike Tours offer half day guided tours out of Canterbury and along the Crab & Winkle Way, complete with interesting stories – and a picnic full of delicious local Kent produce – along the way.

And finally, for something in the water, Tri Swim offer an invigorating introduction to cold open water swimming, providing clients with the skills and confidence to give anything a go.
